Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected about them, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

How BodyStd Handles Your Data

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
• We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Health calculator inputs are never transmitted. All calculations run locally in your browser.
• No account required. We do not collect names, emails, or identifiers tied to you.

Exercising Your Rights

Because we do not sell or share your personal information, no opt-out is needed — you are already protected. If you would like to confirm, request deletion of any data, or ask what (if any) information we hold, emailprivacy@bodystd.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked to you as an individual. This does not constitute a "sale" under CCPA.
